Zumba Fitness-
Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30pm with Heather
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:15-7:15pm with Erica
Strong Nation- H.I.I.T- strength (using bodyweight, no equipment) and cardio intervals synced to music, VERY MOTIVATING!! Can be adjusted for most fitness levels!!
Saturdays: 10:00-11:00am
Short Circuits– This class is a 30 minute workout that starts as soon as you arrive! You will start at Station #1 with a given warm up which you will perform for 3 minutes, then during your 30 second rest period the next exercise will be explained. When timer goes off again you will complete the Station #2 exercise for 3 minutes. You will continue this process for a total of 9 rounds making the workout complete in ONLY 30 minutes! This workout is perfect for those that have no time to waste! It will consist of strength and cardio intervals that will be working your body in all planes of motion. You WILL be building muscle, burning fat AND calories while building stamina!!! This workout ABSOLUTELY CAN AND WILL be adjusted to different fitness levels!!!
Tuesdays & Thursdays: *studio will be open for this class from 11:30am-2:30pm. You can come in anytime during these hours and get your 30 min workout CRUSHED!!!
